Commissioning a custom artwork is a deeply personal journey. It's an opportunity to be part of the creative process and turn your vision into a physical artwork. I specialise in creating dynamic, textured artworks that are packed with energy.

The Process

1. Initial Consultation

Our journey begins with a conversation. We'll discuss:

Your idea for this commission
Reference photos and any specific preferences
Budget and deadline for completion.

This is usually done via email, but we can also arrange a video call, depending on your preference. An agreement is signed and the deposit it paid before moving on to the next stage.

2. Concept Development

Based on our discussion, I'll create two rounds of preliminary sketches and digital mock-ups. The first round is to test out 2-3 directions for this artwork, which are shared with you for feedback. The preferred direction is then further developped with 2-3 sketches, exploring various compositions.

Once you have selected the preferred option, I move on to the painting stage.

3. Creation

With the concept finalised, I'll start working on the canvas. You'll receive updates and images at key stages.

Minor tweaks can be made to ensure your complete satisfaction.

4. Completion & Delivery

Upon completion, we'll have a final check to ensure you're delighted with the piece.

After the remaining fee is paid, the artwork is securely packaged and shipped via tracked delivery with ParcelForce.

Complimentary

A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every artwork.
All the sketches done at the Concept stage are included as fine art giclee prints (A5 size each).

Investment Details

Every commissioned piece is unique, and pricing varies based on size and complexity. Below is a general guideline:

Small (12" x 16")

Starting at £1,000

Medium (24" x 36")
- Starting at £2,500
Large (36" x 48")
- Starting at £4,000
Extra Large (48" x 60" and up) - UK commissions only
- Starting at £6,000

Prices include consultation, concept development, creation, and shipping.

Payment Terms:

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project.
Balance: Remaining 50% due upon completion, before delivery.

Timeframe

Creation Time: Typically ranges from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the project's scope.

Q: Can I choose any athlete or moment for the commission?

A: Absolutely! Whether it's a legendary sports figure, a rising star, or a personal moment of achievement, I'm here to bring that vision to life.

Q: What if I want to include personal elements or symbols in the artwork?

A: That's the best thing about custom pieces - we can work in personal elements and layer even more meaning into it. We'll discuss any specific details you'd like to include during the concept development phase.

Q: Do you offer framing services?

A: I have a local printshop that I work with, and they do an excellent job with framing. If you want to have the artwork framed, we can pick specific frames that would work best with the piece and your home, and I'll get it framed before shipping the final work to you. The framing service will be an additional fee.

Q: How is the artwork shipped?

A: UK deliveries are packaged securely in telescopic cardboard boxes. International orders are packaged in custom made wooden shipping boxes for maximum protection. Shipping is fully insured and tracked.
